Thank you for visiting the personal website for Thomas Hirasuna. I will try to keep information here up to date; as a result, this website will be forever “Under Construction.” This page was started on 12/27/2009.
My mother, Pauline Hirasuna passed away on 5/15/2009. Later that year I established the Pauline Hirasuna Nursing Scholarship through the University of Hawaii Foundation in her memory.

Here is a fairly recent photo of the family (Jeff, Jean, Tom and Suze). In October 2009 I visited Japan (Okinawa, Nagasaki, Hiroshima, Kobe, Tokyo were the main stops). I’m in front of Himeji Castle near Kobe and with my 3rd cousins (Tamotsu and Yoshiko Hirasago) in Japan (Miyajima near Hiroshima). The deer on Miyajima Island are very tame.
